Vollrath 74701D Description
The Vollrath 74701D Mirage® drop-in induction rethermalizer saves on labor and time with its dry-use functionality, which eliminates the water bath many units need to operate. Its maximum temperature is 190 degrees Fahrenheit, and its inset can hold 7 quarts of product. Sensors contact the inset and track its volume to reduce the risk of burning food when it is almost empty. These sensors also activate the stir indicator at optimal times for uniform product temperatures. The rethermalizer’s controls feature four presets for additional simplicity, and a locking function prevents unwanted alterations in the middle of cooking.
