Vollrath 72028 Description
To maintain hot temperatures for two different food products, the Vollrath 72028 Cayenne® countertop soup warmer has twin rethermalizers that hold 7 quarts each. Each non-stick aluminum well has its own temperature control and a timer with knob guards to prevent damage or accidental temperature changes. The preheat feature turns the element on a high setting that shuts off when finished, providing quick heat-up times.
The Vollrath 72028 soup warmer can reheat cooked food from a chilled state of 40 degrees to 165 degrees Fahrenheit in an hour and a half. The thermostat supplies constant temperatures and only uses power when needed, enabling this unit to use 25 percent less than other models.
