Vollrath 47750 Description
Durable for heavy-duty use, the Vollrath 47750 frying pan is made of 18/8 stainless steel with a heat-conductive, aluminum-clad bottom. Reducing the risk of burns, the ergonomic handle is hollow to keep it cool to the touch. The pan is ideal for scrambling and frying and can be placed in the oven, and after use, it can be cleaned in a dishmachine. Its interior measures 7 13⁄16 inches in diameter by 11 11⁄16 inches deep.
