Designed for food bars and buffet lines that use inset pans, the Vollrath 19192 adapter plate improves the countertop's appearance and reduces messes. The plate is made of stainless steel, so it resists scratches and streamlines the cleaning process. It can hold two 8 3⁄8-inch insets.
