White Vollrath Bus Tubs?
We own a small bakery/flour milling business on our farm. Bus tubs serve us well in taking products to farmers markets and also for storing food in our walk in cooler. We own some Traex (Vollrath) bus tubs that have been very durable over the years. I was disappointed to feel the quality of these new tubs I recently ordered. They do not list NSF approved on the bottom of the tubs and the manufacturer listed is Tablecraft Products, not Traex (Vollrath). The new tubs do not feel as sturdy as the Traex (Vollrath) tubs we have used for years. I question how well these Tablecraft tubs will hold up to daily vigor in the bakery.
