Browne 575952 Description

Designed for large-quantity prep tasks, the Browne 575952 European colander features a 16-quart capacity to handle bulk rinsing and draining of pasta, vegetables, or grains. Constructed of stainless steel with a mirror finish, the 16 1⁄2-inch-diameter frame offers lasting resilience and a polished look. Its deep base and tall, sloped sides support full containment of contents while promoting efficient drainage. The two looped handles offer a comfortable grip when lifting or emptying the colander, while the footed base raises the body above sink surfaces to prevent backflow.

best colander ever

the old style American colanders have a tendency to mis-shape and develop a moat puddle where the basket gets beaten down and the ringstand rises up the middle causing an area of non drainage, no such issues here and it is SS!
