Cambro UC1000191 Description
The Cambro UC1000191 Ultra Camtainer® beverage dispenser is insulated with polyurethane foam, which keeps hot and cold beverages at their intended temperatures for as long as 4 hours. Its 16 1⁄4-inch-wide by 20 1⁄2-inch-deep by 25 3⁄4-inch-high structure holds 10 1⁄2 gallons, or roughly 192 servings of a 7-ounce beverage. A nylon latch secures over the center of the unit to retain temperatures, while a pop-up vent releases steam and equalizes pressure that could impact product quality.
Designed to endure high-volume, front-of-house applications, the Cambro UC1000191 insulated beverage dispenser is made of seamless, double-wall, scratch-resistant polyethylene. E-Z grip, molded-in handles are built on top of the unit for comfortable carrying during transportation, and it can be stacked atop similarly sized unit to organize storage space. To accommodate different cup widths and heights, the spigot is recessed, and it won't drip after use to minimize product waste.
