Cambro CP814159 Description
The Cambro CP814159 cold plate's rectangular body measures 14 inches long by 8 inches deep by 1 1⁄2 inches tall to fit into food boxes, Camcruiser® units, and CamKiosk® models (all sold separately). It retains temperatures below 41 degrees Fahrenheit for at least four hours in chilled displays or when transporting cold food. After this cold plate has been chilled in the freezer, it can be placed in a cooler or other unit to pre-chill the space. After use, it can be stacked with other cold plates to enhance organization in storage. This blue cold plate is dishwasher safe for fast and simple cleanup.
