Built with a uniform 1⁄2-inch flange, the Cambro 18CW110 full-size food pan's 20 7⁄8-inch-long by 12 3⁄4-inch-wide by 8-inch-deep body can be incorporated in standard prep stations and food bars. Great for whole or prepped fruits and vegetables, sauces, and meats, it boasts a 27-quart capacity. This black piece's Camwear® polycarbonate construction resists stains, acids, and odors and is durable enough to withstand high-volume back- and front-of-house use. Molded-in imperial and metric graduations enable staff to gauge inventory, and because its interior resists sticking, users can smoothly scoop out contents for minimal food waste. The textured base resists scratching as utensils scrape against the bottom to retrieve the remaining contents. After use, this pan can be sanitized in a dishmachine, then stacked with other full-size food pans to save storage space.
