The Waring WPG150B single commercial panini press has a hinged, auto-balancing top plate that accommodates product as thick as 3 inches. Made of cast iron, the plates are heavy duty and have the ability to distribute heat evenly across the cooking surface.
For durability, the Waring WPG150B panini press has a rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel brushed body. To streamline cleaning, it has a removable drip tray that captures crumbs, debris, and grease. Ensuring employees don't injure themselves, a light shines to indicate when the unit is on, and the handles are heat resistant to remain cool to the touch. When the unit is ready for use, another indicator light informs employees that they can be begin cooking.
