Dexter Russell SG142-8TE-PCP Description
Featuring an 8-inch-long blade, the Dexter Russell SG142-8TE-PCP Sofgrip™ slicer has a tiger edge, which uses sharp and smooth scalloped points to slice through partially frozen foods, vegetables, and fruits. It can also be used to trim the fat from meat and poultry. Because it's made of high-carbon steel, the blade is heavy duty and corrosion resistant. The handle, which is constructed of rubber, is soft to grip and has a slip-resistant feel. This handle comes in white and is contoured to fit comfortably in the user's hand.

Dexter Knife
I've had three Dexter knives given to me about 25 to 30 years ago and I'm still using them. I've enjoyed them so much I decided to find more. I've used these knives a lot and placed them in the dishwasher over the years and they still can be sharpened and used over and over. My husband has purchased knives through the years, but they never compare to Dexter-Russell knives.
