Nemco 66795 Description

Because it retains heat better than stainless steel, this stone can be used repeatedly for consecutive orders in fast-paced eateries. It measures 19 inches by 19 inches to accommodate an extra-large pizza and can be removed for cleaning to ensure it's sanitary for future applications.
