Beverage-Air UCF20HC Description
For optimal durability, the Beverage-Air UCF20HC undercounter freezer is constructed of stainless steel on the sides, front, top, and door. Its base and back are made of galvanized steel with a corrosion-resistant aluminum interior liner. This undercounter freezer gives operators full electronic control. Its sub-top measures 1⁄2 of an inch thick and its interior thermometer reads the temperature. To facilitate use, the door self-closes but stays open at 120 degrees and has cartridge-style hinges. This unit's door can be removed easily for servicing and cleaning.
For a positive seal, a magnetic gasket is attached to the Beverage-Air UCF20HC commercial undercounter freezer's door. It's equipped with a painted aluminum door handle and stands on 6-inch casters; two casters have brakes to enable stationary use. Because the undercounter freezer's shelves are made of epoxy-coated wire, air is circulated evenly around product. This unit's door can be reversed to accommodate various arrangements. The freezer uses eco-friendly R290 refrigerant to hold temperatures at or below 0 degrees Fahrenheit for optimal product integrity.
