Koala Kare KB311-SSRE Description
The Koala Kare KB311-SSRE baby changing station is engineered to be vertically mounted into a recessed 21 1⁄2-inch-wide by 36 3⁄4-inch-high opening. While its outer shell is made of durable stainless steel with a satin finish, the bed surface is constructed of injection-molded polypropylene. With this construction, the exterior is heavy duty, and the interior is easy to clean. An antimicrobial agent is integrated into the bed surface to inhibit bacterial and germ growth.
Overall, this Koala Kare KB311-SSRE changing station measures 26 7⁄32 inches wide by 41 5⁄16 inches high. To comply with ADA regulations, the handles are less than 48 inches from the floor when the station is closed. They're comfortably within reach for wheelchair access and require less than 5 pounds of applied force to drop the bed down. The liner dispenser is 44 inches from the floor, and there's more than 30 inches of space between the handles for wheelchair accommodation.
