AccuTemp E62401D060 Description
Built with a stainless steel steamer cavity, the Accutemp E62401D060 countertop steamer can hold six 12-inch by 20-inch pans at a time. It includes one-piece wire pan racks to support food pans as their contents are cooked; these pans can be washed in a dishmachine for streamlined cleaning after use. This connectionless unit requires no water or drain lines to operate, simplifying installation.
To ensure quick, even heating, this Accutemp E62401D060 countertop steamer's heating element is made of sturdy cast aluminum. It offers precise control with a digital display panel and features indicator lights that alert users when attention is needed. With an independent, programmable timer, the steamer helps users track cook times and ensure uniformity. Its water reservoir can hold 3 gallons, maximizing time between refills.
