Winco SFSG-2018 Description
To protect nearby surfaces from hot pops of oil and other messes, the Winco SFSG-2018 fryer splash guard measures 20 1⁄2 inches long by 18 inches tall and can be incorporated onto the left or right side of most fryers with 1-inch-thick walls. Its 18-gauge, 18/8 stainless steel construction provides lasting rust resistance and durability in fast-paced kitchens, and to simplify cleaning, it can be detached from the fryer as needed.
