Winco 51012 Description
The Winco 51012 pass-thru heated merchandizer is designed to present soft pretzels or pizzas, and the rack attachments for both products are included. The unit is adjustable via the thermostatic knob and three switches atop the cabinet; additionally, there are instructions for basic operation. The water reservoir holds 2 quarts of water to keep the food fresh for long durations, and along the top paneling is a graphic that reads, “Fresh and Delicious” to attract patrons’ attention.
