The Winco 0030-09 demitasse spoon's Shangarila pattern features simple, clean contoured lines for versatile styling, while its mirror finish adds a visually appealing gleam to table tops. Its 18/8 stainless steel construction is a steel alloy comprised of 18 percent chrome and 8 percent nickel, so it's more rust resistant than 18/0 stainless steel and more affordable than 18/10 flatware. Although it's more susceptible to rusting and bending, it's still sturdy enough for daily use in dining rooms. For comfortable use when stirring sugar into espresso served in a demitasse cup, this 4 5⁄8-inch-long piece has an extra-heavy feel.
