The Scotsman UF424AX-1/AP1-P undercounter flake ice machine can produce 400 pounds of ice every 24 hours; this amount depends on ambient air and incoming water temperatures, making less ice with hotter levels. It produces flake ice, which is a great ice type for fruit, vegetable, and seafood displays. Air-cooled units such as this are easier to install than water-cooled or remotely cooled units. The external air filter can be accessed from the front for swift cleaning.
This Scotsman UF424AX-1/AP1-P undercounter flake ice machine has a user-friendly control panel. It comes with a QR code, providing access to service information and warranty history. The 80-pound-capacity bin includes an ice scoop and ice is convenient to access because the bin door slides back. This unit comes standard with the AP1-P water filter.
