Hatco GRSBF-48-S Description
The Hatco GRSBF-48-S Glo-Ray® heated shelf's built-in, flush-top configuration establishes a clean, seamless look on buffet lines and countertops. Because it's encased with a 3⁄4-inch flanged edge, it can be dropped into surface cutouts as large as 48 3⁄4 inches wide by 24 3⁄4 inches deep. This 49 1⁄2-inch-wide by 25 1⁄2-inch-deep by 2 1⁄4-inch-high unit includes mounting brackets to simplify installation and its surface is constructed of corrosion-resistant, hard-coated aluminum for durability through high-volume use.
Staff can adjust this Hatco GRSBF-48-S heated shelf's thermostat as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate various menu items. While its blanket-type foil element warms the shelf's surface evenly, the fiberglass insulation keeps heat near the top of the unit to extend holding times. To streamline operation, this unit features a simple on/off rocker switch that illuminates when in use.
