Hatco GRFHS-16 Description
With its ceramic heating elements and heated base, the Hatco GRFHS-16 Glo-Ray® fry holding station ensures fried foods are served at safe, optimal temperatures. This heating system doesn't cook fried foods; rather, it slows the cooling process and prevents foods from becoming dry. The heating elements' top-mounted design provides space for operators to load and retrieve product from the food bin. Its thermostatically controlled heated base warms product from below, and operators can preset temperatures to minimize operational oversight.
Designed for placement next to a fryer, this Hatco GRFHS-16 fries warmer measures 16 3⁄8 inches wide by 22 19⁄20 inches deep by 22 67⁄100 inches high, and it's portable to simplify cleaning and maintenance. Its sectional divider can be used to support multiple foods simultaneously, and a bottom trivet elevates foods from the station's bottom to prevent moisture accumulation. Incandescent lights highlight product, and the unit's corrosion- and wear-resistant stainless steel construction is simple to wipe clean as needed.
