Hatco GRBW-60 Description
The Hatco GRBW-60 buffet warmer is ideal for self-service applications such as college cafeterias, event venues, and hotel lobbies. It features prefocused infrared top heat and a heated base to hold food at optimal temperatures for extended periods; the base's temperature can be modified between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit using thermostatic controls. To enhance the product display, this unit features incandescent lighting with shatter-resistant coated bulbs.
For comfortable cleaning beneath the display, the Hatco GRBW-60 buffet warmer is positioned on 4-inch legs. It measures 61 inches wide by 22 1⁄2 inches deep by 20 3⁄4 inches high overall and accommodates four 12 3⁄4-inch by 20 3⁄4-inch food pans. To offer guests an unobstructed view of product while protecting it from airborne contaminants, this unit is built with buffet-style sneeze guards made of sturdy plexiglass.
