Hatco GRBW-48 Description
For presenting and holding three full-size pans of precooked foods, this Hatco GRBW-48 countertop buffet warmer measures 49 inches wide by 22 1⁄2 inches deep by 20 3⁄4 inches high, generating top and bottom heat. Operators can adjust the hard-coated heated base's temperatures between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit as holding requirements change. Because this open buffet-style unit lacks doors, heat escapes from the holding surface's outer edges, so to minimize heat loss, the top-mounted metal-sheathed heating element concentrates elevated temperatures toward these areas.
The Hatco GRBW-48 buffet warmer's clear anodized aluminum finish matches a range of interiors, from banquet halls to cafeterias, and is simple to clean between uses. Its open configuration streamlines self-service, while its four incandescent lights illuminate displayed food pans for enhanced presentation and improved visibility. To create a safe self-service station, two plexiglass sneeze guards are implemented on either side to protect against harmful airborne particulates. These clear guards ensure customers have a full view of merchandised dishes.
