Hatco GRAH-60-120-I-QS Description
The Hatco GRAH-60-120-I-QS Glo-Ray® infrared strip warmer is designed to maintain food temperatures without continuing the cooking process. Its prefocused heat pattern distributes infrared heat evenly across the holding surface, helping reduce cold spots while keeping food ready for service. The tubular metal heater rod delivers consistent output, and the attached infinite control enables operators to adjust heat levels as needed.
To support durability in medium-duty applications, the Hatco GRAH-60-120-I-QS strip warmer features an aluminum housing, while insulation helps minimie heat loss during operation. A protective wire guard is positioned beneath the heating element, and mounting tabs are factory assembled to support installation. Designed with a single heater rod configuration, this unit provides controlled heat distribution across a 60-inch width for holding prepared food.
