The Hatco DL-775-RTR track-mount heat lamp is a great choice for keeping food warm for a brief period until it's ready to be served. It has one coated bulb that provides heat and is operated using a remote switch. This unit shouldn't be used for long-term holding because it could potentially overcook or dry out food. The track-mounted structure can be installed to the ceiling with its black track adapter to propel heat down toward product.
