Carlisle XT250001 Description
The convex lid on the Carlisle XT250001 Cateraide™ XT Series insulated beverage dispenser has O-rings to seal it properly when it's closed; its wide Sure-Latch™ latches are mounted into steel-reinforced plates to prevent leaks and spills during transport. It's also equipped with a pop-up vent that releases steam from warm beverages, so it doesn't leak when pressure releases. This polyethylene unit resists stains and scratches, so it can handle high-volume use.
Overall, the Carlisle XT250001 beverage dispenser has a 2 1⁄2-gallon capacity and measures 17 inches wide by 10 1⁄2 inches deep by 18 1⁄2 inches high. To ensure product remains at proper temperatures for serving, the dispenser is insulated with thick foam. While product is being dispensed, the faucet's spring-action mechanism prevents it from dripping, keeping the surrounding area clean. To promote cleanliness further, the interior is made with rounded corners that can be wiped down quickly.
