The Bon Chef SBS3606 dinner fork measures 8 27⁄50 inches long and is constructed of 18/0 stainless steel—a durable, nickel-free, cost-saving alternative to 18/10 and 18/8 stainless steel. This hybrid material resists pitting and rusting throughout high-volume use to preserve its original appearance over time.
