Bakemax BMFRS02 Description
With two synchronized speeds to prevent dough from tearing, the Bakemax BMFRS02 floor-model dough sheeter sends product through when the lever is pulled. Catch pans are located on both sides of the machine to enable convenient placement for entry and storage for exit. For safety purposes, this unit includes a guard on both sides of the rollers and shuts off when the guards are lifted or in the case of overload to prevent motor damage.
The Bakemax BMFRS02 dough sheeter can be adjusted according to thickness between 3 and 50 millimeters, and to maximize storage space, this unit folds up for storage when not in use. Its scrapers are nonstick to prevent dough from clinging to the stainless steel rollers, easing cleaning, while the heavy-duty steel construction enhances durability.
