The Advance Tabco TTF-247 work table has a sturdy worktop reinforced by hat channels. It absorbs sound, so staff members can use equipment or work on its surface without disturbing customers, and while the 430-series stainless steel top is not ideal for preparing food, the material helps reduce the price of such a large workspace. With extra care to keep food off of it, staff can still chop or mix ingredients over the surface. To help hold a person’s weight without warping when they lean over, the top's front edge is rounded. Meanwhile, the back edge hosts a 1 1⁄2-inch shield to catch debris for cleanup.

The Advance Tabco TTF-247 work table has an 18-gauge worktop and shelf, which are stronger than high-number gauges. Staff can move the shelf up or down to comfortably store ingredients, and the unit stands on adjustable feet that compensate for uneven groves in the floor.
