The Advance Tabco FLAG-243-X worktop is made of 430 series, 16-gauge stainless steel, which is 17 percent chromium and 0.12 percent carbon. This means it works well to extend a countertop or store supplies but should not be used for food prep. It is TIG welded, meaning the metal is arc welded with tungsten electrodes. Operators can move its 18-gauge stainless steel undershelf up and down to fit various supplies, and the unit's leveling feet encourage it to stand upright, even on on uneven floors.
