Server 85900 Description
For high-volume service in sandwich shops, cafes, and convenience stores, the Server 85900 countertop soup warmer can hold three 5-quart insets. To withstand rigorous use and wear, its base is constructed of stainless steel, and users can simply turn each well on and off using the rocker power switches. Overall, this unit measures 25 1⁄2 inches wide by 9 5⁄8 inches deep by 14 1⁄2 inches high.
To maintain safe serving temperatures and extend product life, the Server 85900 warming station operates within a 100- to 200-degree temperature range. A wraparound heating element distributes heat evenly to the surrounding water bath, effectively minimizing concentrated hot spots. Independent temperature-controlled thermostats maintain set temperatures by turning the heating element on and off as needed. So staff know how much water to pour, each well features an internal fill line. To protect product from drying out, the insets have hinged lids that seal in moisture; these hinges stay upright for streamlined access when open.
