In the unlikely event that the condenser or compressor of a True refrigeration unit breaks or becomes damaged, customers enjoy the option of having the entire condensing unit replaced at no cost for the unit.  The condensing unit consists of a new compressor, condenser, start components, and fan motor, all of which are pre-assembled and shipped from the factory. True also includes a 1 year parts and labor warranty, which means that if this happens within the first year of the purchase, not only will True replace the condensing unit, they will also cover the cost of the labor for installing it.
