The True STR1HPT-1G-1S Spec Series full-height pass-thru heated cabinet keeps baked food at safe, ready-to-serve temperatures between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators can keep an eye on the temperature on the external display. Made of stainless steel, the heating element is rust resistant, and it creates heat that the fans evenly move throughout the cabinet. Humidity can be controlled by the operator through the vent on top of the unit, and its three adjustable shelves are made of heavy-duty stainless steel.

Doors on the front and back of this True STR1HPT-1G-1S insulated heated cabinet create a pass-thru unit, perfect for connecting the back of the house with serving areas. On the front, the glass door shows off the food, while the solid rear door keeps in heat. Both doors self-close to retain heat but can stay open while users load and unload pans, and locks on the doors keep the product safe from theft or tampering. Because this cabinet has 5-inch castors, it can be moved to different areas.
