A stainless steel exterior and interior make the Beverage-Air HBR491 a durable and easy-to-clean choice for hot kitchens. This equipment is fitted with six long-wearing, epoxy-coated wire shelves, each of which is adjustable in 1⁄2-inch increments. A digital temperature display provides a readout of internal temperatures, and LED lights illuminate the interior to give staff a clear view of what's inside.

A 1⁄3-horsepower compressor and forced-air refrigeration system keep the Beverage-Air HBR491's internal cabinet cooled between 36-38 degrees Fahrenheit to maintain food's quality and safety. The equipment's compressor and condenser are mounted in the bottom of the cabinet, a setup that provides easy access when it's time to clean and maintain the unit. A bottom-mounted compressor also lifts the lowest shelf further off the ground so users don't have to bend as low to retrieve products held there.
