True Refrigeration STR1HRT89-1S-1S Description
Keeping cooked and baked food warm and ready to serve, the True STR1HRT89-1S-1S Spec Series® roll-thru heated cabinet operates at a set temperature between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. These temperatures can be adjusted by the operator on the electronic controller and monitored on the external display, while heat in the unit is generated by a stainless steel element and spread uniformly by fans. Cabinet humidity can be adjusted by operators to fit specific applications, and the vent on the top of the unit is manually controlled. For applications that need additional humidity, a water pan can be used to create more steam.
This True STR1HRT89-1S-1S full-height insulated heated cabinet accommodates a roll-in rack that measures 27 inches wide by 29 inches deep by 72 inches tall. Front and back doors create a roll-thru design so racks can be loaded in one side and unloaded out the other. Stainless steel racks can be used to roll the racks in and out, and once they are inside the cabinet, the walls are protected by bumpers. Lighting in the unit enhances visibility to ensure operators can find what they are looking for, and the heavy-duty stainless steel exterior and interior simplify cleaning.
