True Refrigeration STR1HRT-1S-1S Description
The True STR1HRT-1S-1S Spec Series® roll-thru heated cabinet accommodates a 27-inch by 29-inch by 66-inch rack, and interior bumpers are integrated into the walls to protect the interior from damage caused by the rack. Stainless steel ramps on the unit enable employees to roll a rack in one side and out the other, creating a convenient flow for pass-thru applications. Both the front and back have solid, stainless steel doors, which self-close to retain heat, though at 120 degrees, the doors stay open to ensure moving racks in and out is convenient. Magnetic door gaskets create a seal that keeps heat inside the unit, while the door locks reduce tampering risks.
A stainless steel element in this True STR1HRT-1S-1S full-height insulated heated cabinet generates heat, and low-velocity airflow moves it evenly throughout the interior. Operators can control the heat level on the electronic temperature control from 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Humidity in the cabinet can be controlled by the top vent that releases steam, and if an application requires more humidity, a 12-inch by 20-inch pan is included for water that heats up and vaporizes into steam.
