The Traulsen G24302 insulated mobile heated cabinet has two sections with six total shelves. Each section is accessible through two half-height doors that are hinged on the right, with recessed handles on the left. These doors are self-closing and, at 120 degrees, they stay open so users can conveniently load product into the cabinet. Gaskets seal the doors to the frame to prevent heat from leaking out and foamed-in-place insulation keeps ambient air out of the cabinet. Made of anodized aluminum and stainless steel, the cabinet is strong and resistant to corrosion.

The temperature in this Traulsen G24302 full-height heated cabinet ranges from 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, and operators can adjust the level using the microprocessor controller. The LED display shows the temperature readout in Fahrenheit or Celsius. When air is forced across the unit’s large heater, heat flows into the distribution duct, where it is then moved into the cabinet. Heat is evenly moved throughout the cabinet, warming cooked food without drying it out.
