Gaps in the wire shelves paired with a ducted fan air distribution system ensure food is heated evenly, and using microprocessor controls, the temperature can be adjusted from 135 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. To optimize product retrieval, incandescent lights illuminate the cabinet when the doors are opened, and the doors can be propped open 120 degrees to prevent slamming.
The Traulsen AHF232W-HHS insulated heated cabinet features a durable stainless steel construction that can withstand use in heavy-duty applications.
