MoTak MST-60-24-X Description
The MoTak MST-60-24 sandwich/salad prep table comes with self-diagnostics that run constantly and alert the operator if issues arise. A digital display shows internal temperature, which can be set using the solid-state thermostat in a range from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Cool temperatures are maintained by the R290 refrigerant and cold air is retained inside the cabinet with high-density polyurethane insulation.
Toppings are held in the top cutout in 24 pans. They can be sliced and combined on the cutting board, where meals can also be prepared. Extra toppings and other product can be stored in the refrigeration cabinet on the two heavy-duty, PVC-coated wire shelves. The white interior helps with product visibility. The exterior of the MoTak MST-60-24 sandwich/salad prep table is made of stainless steel and aluminum for strength. The casters are installed at the factoyr and make this unit mobile for easier floor cleaning.

Review this product!
I would not buy this agian
First day already have problem too cool then too hot the temperature control messes up. Call for complaint, then service man come out could not fix it, need to order new pass. Is have been for 2 weeks my food such as fresh product frozen then the temperature got up to 70 degrees my fresh meat get bad. I want to be returned but i have to paid for ship it back, and 25% restore fee. This is not my intent for returned this product is not reliable. the until was not insolation good the cool air leak cost the water outside the unit
