This workhouse of the industry features a 10-in. wide cutting board and 12-pan capacity to keep essential sandwich and salad toppings readily available, and to keep your prep line running smoothly. The Elite mega top salad/sandwich prep table's high-capacity refrigeration system and advanced airflow management system uniformly distributes cold air throughout the cabinet, thoroughly cooling all food pans to ensure all of your ingredients are kept at optimal safe temperatures.

The exterior of this fully insulated, 12-pan sandwich/salad prep table is constructed with a heavy-duty stainless steel front, sides, top, drawers, and grille to ensure your restaurant's frequent usage for years to come. Its stainless steel hood and lid are removable for quick cleaning. A 10-in. wide cutting board, constructed with high-density white polyethylene plastic for long lasting durability, provides a space for slicing produce, preparing sandwiches, and other necessary food prep.
