This salad and sandwich prep table has a heavy-duty stainless steel finish on the front, sides, top, doors and grill. The removable hood and insulated lid assemble are made of matching stainless steel making this 48" salad and sandwich prep table easy to clean and corrosion resistant. The doors are mounted to the face of the cabinet on gravity hinges permitting them to self close under their own weight which reduces the risk for temperature loss and energy waste. The cabinet of this stainless steel salad prep table is insulated with CFC free foamed in place polyurethane of a two inch minimum thickness. 6" casters with two brakes come standard with this sandwich prep table to allow you mobility. The cutting board supplied is 10" wide and constructed of high density white polyethylene plastic and is easily removed for easy cleaning and refinishing. Epoxy coated steel wire shelves are supplied as well, so that you can easily begin storing condiments, fruits, vegetables and so much more! The 12 pans that are furnished are 4" deep and made of durable polycarbonate plastic.

This salad and sandwich prep table uses recirculated, forced air refrigeration so that it is energy efficient and runs smoothly. The 36" work height is comfortable for most users allows you to streamline your prep table with other equipment in your food prep line.
