Beverage-Air SPE48-12 Description
The SPE48-12 sandwich/salad prep table from Beverage-Air keeps food pans cool from underneath using forced-air refrigeration. Underneath the food prep table is a two-section refrigerator that includes two self-closing doors. The table is insulated with CFC-free insulation and the magnetic door gaskets ensure a positive seal to prevent any cold-air loss.

- Pans are cooled from underneath to keep food below 41 degrees F without freezing
- Included polycarbonate plastic pans are 4-in. deep
- Exterior of cabinet is constructed of stainless and galvanized steel, for a durable unit that is easy to clean
- Interior is made of corrosion-resistant aluminum
- Includes 2 doors that are self-closing to seal cold air inside
- Magnetic door gasket ensures positive seal
- Door handles are made of black anodized aluminum, and are contoured to allow opening by gripping bottom or top of handle
