With this Salamander Broiler from Vulcan-Hart, you can melt cheeses, brown breads, and broil steaks with ease. This 36 in. Salamander Broiler features radiant burners and utilizes natural gas for even broiling and energy efficient cooking. The stainless steel front, top, and sides are easy to clean and are also scratch and corrosion resistant. The infinite adjustment temperature control provides precision heating and the six stainless steel radiants cook food evenly and quickly. The standing pilot ignition system heats up your range mount salamander broiler quickly. The chrome plated trigger grip control handle provides positive positioning of the broiling carriage. The heavy duty chrome plated broiling grid measures 27-1/2 in. x 13 inches. A 3/4 in. top gas connection and gas pressure regulator are also provided
