Traulsen AHF232W-FHG Description
The Traulsen AHF232W-FHG full-height heated cabinet is positioned on 6-inch adjustable legs to prevent it from wobbling on uneven floors. It uses a ducted fan air distribution system and a temperature range of 135 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit to efficiently warm food until it's served. This structure includes six adjustable shelves to hold product. These shelves are made of wire, enabling even heating when air flows through the gaps.
The full-height doors on the Traulsen AHF232W-FHG insulated heated cabinet are made of glass so employees can view food stored inside. When the doors are opened, they can stay open at 120 degrees, and to brighten the cabinet, incandescent lights automatically turn on. Because it has a stainless steel construction, the exterior is durable enough to withstand repeated use, and the interior is made of aluminum to resist corroding.
