True STR2H-2G Full Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet w/ (6) Pan Capacity, 208-240v

The True STR2H-2G Spec Series® full-height heated cabinet includes six chrome shelves that can be adjusted to accommodate different types of food, and 120-degre, stay-open doors provide product access. Glass panels in these doors provide visibility, enabling users to find what they are looking for before they open a door and let heat out. Durable stainless steel makes up the interior and exterior for simplified cleaning.

To keep cooked food warm and at safe temperatures until serving, the True STR2H-2G insulated mobile heated cabinet operates from 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. This level is adjustable on the electronic thermostat control and can be monitored on the external display. A stainless steel element generates cabinet heat, which low-velocity fans uniformly distribute throughout the interior. Cabinet humidity can be manually controlled with the top vent since it releases steam.
