Traulsen RHF232W-FHG Description
The Traulsen RHF232W-FHG heated holding cabinet is constructed of durable 20-gauge stainless steel that won't rust or corrode through heavy use, while the pilasters used to hold the adjustable shelves are welded to its interior during production for added stability. It comes standard with six chrome-plated adjustable shelves and a shatter-proof incandescent light bulb that improves visibility when the door is opened. Both sections of the cabinet have a full-height transparent glass door that provides a direct line of sight into the cabinet without opening it and releasing heat. To ensure temperatures remain consistent, the interior is insulated with CFC-free, foamed-in-place polyurethane.
Because it has a reach-in design, the Traulsen RHF232W-FHG heated holding cabinet is best placed in a location against a wall, while its handle is recessed to limit its footprint whether the door is open or closed. With a digital control panel only featuring five buttons, temperature and other setting selections are simplified with a scroll-through menu and two-line display. The available temperature range of the cabinet is between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit and can also be displayed in Celsius.
