True STG2H-2G Full Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet w/ (6) Pan Capacity, 208-230v

The True STG2H-2G Spec Series® heated holding cabinet is designed to hold warm cooked and baked food, staying between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. The stainless steel heating element consistently produces heat and a low-velocity fan evenly circulates that heat around the cabinet. Humidity levels are controlled by adjusting the top vent, while temperatures are displayed externally in Fahrenheit or Celsius. Mobility is provided by 5-inch-diameter castors, and the front set locks.

This True STG2H-2G mobile heated cabinet has a stainless steel and aluminum construction to resist corrosion, dents, and scratches. Its walls are insulated with polyurethane foam for structure. Both doors are made of low-e, double-pane glass, and they have metal handles for comfort and locks to prevent theft. An airtight seal is created with one-piece magnetic gaskets. The doors can stay open past 120 degrees for loading and unloading and close on their own when left open before 120 degrees.
