Duke 613-E3V Description
Elevating the unit off the floor, the 27-inch legs on the Duke 613-E3V full-size convection oven enable users to sweep underneath it. Its doors have a single window that enables product monitoring, but if an employee has to walk away, they can listen for the buzz of the 60-minute timer to know when food is done cooking. This unit has an adjustable temperature range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Duke 613-E3V single electric convection oven has a bright light inside the cabinet to help employees check on food’s progress. Product sits on six shelves while it cooks, and these shelves can be repositioned in 13 different ways depending on the application and need. Due to their dependent design, the doors can be opened using just one hand, streamlining access in a busy environment.
