Duke 613-E2XX Description
To facilitate use in a busy environment, the doors on the Duke 613-E2XX double full-size convection oven can be opened using one hand. Users can watch food through the windows to see if it’s done, or they can set a 12-hour timer that will alert them when the process is complete. Product is held on 12 shelves (six in each cabinet), and to hold both small and large items, these shelves can be adjusted in 26 different ways.
The Duke 613-E2XX electric convection oven has a two-speed fan that circulates air and a pulse fan that provides a shot of air when needed. The temperature, which is adjustable with the solid-state controls, runs within the range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Because this unit is mounted on 8-inch adjustable legs, users can reposition it until it’s at a comfortable height.
