The Delfield 4460NP-24M sandwich prep table uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain cabinet temperatures between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Its temperatures can be adjusted and monitored for accuracy using solid-state controls. The unit is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane to keep cool air inside and reduce energy costs. For durability, the exterior is made of stainless steel, and the interior sides are ABS lined.

Storing products while they are not in use, the Delfield 4460NP-24M salad prep table has two shelves that are epoxy-coated to resist corrosion. The worktop has 24 sixth-size food pans, ideal for holding ingredients and condiments to serve salads and sandwiches. For chopping up vegetables, cheese, and meats, the top includes a polyethylene cutting board.
