Hobart 84186-1 Description
Meant for countertop application, the Hobart 84186-1 single-speed food processor measures 33 3⁄4 inches long by 22 1⁄2 inches wide by 17 1⁄2 inches tall and can be connected to a nearby socket using its 6-foot cord. Its body is constructed of burnished aluminum steel and is seamless, ensuring no food particles become trapped in its crevices. It rests on a series of 3-inch stainless steel legs, each of which is capped with a rubber foot to protect kitchen surfaces. In order to hold and cut 15 pounds of product, its bowl is made of stainless steel and measures 18 inches across.
To ensure a fine, thorough slicing operation, the Hobart 84186-1 buffalo chopper food processor spins both its bowl and blades during operation; the blades spin at 1,725 RPM while the bowl spins at 20 RPM. All the blades are made of double cutlery grade stainless steel to ensure a sharpened edge. Its blades spin by interacting with its pull-action power switch, and its bowl cover protects users from contact with active blades. For further application in food processing. Its No. 12 attachment hub can fit a vegetable slicer or meat chopper, though neither of these tools are included.
