This True TSSU488 sandwich / salad prep table continues True's commitment to using the highest quality materials to provide a dependable and affordable product. These units are designed with the customer in mind, with a factory engineered, self-contained, capillary tube system that uses environmentally friendly refrigerant. This refrigeration system holds temperatures steady between 33 - 41 degrees Fahrenheit with the use of a guided airflow system. The self-lubricating evaporator fan motor and large fan blades give True products a more efficient low velocity, high-volume air flow. The condensing units can be easily removed from the cabinet for cleaning.

This attractive food prep table is designed with a stainless steel exterior front, top and cabinet ends. The back of the unit is constructed with matching aluminum. The interior is a bright white NSF approved aluminum with stainless steel floors. The polyurethane insulation is both high-density and CFC free. The doors of the units are both dent and scratch resistant stainless steel with the same white aluminum liner and efficient foamed-in-place insulation as the rest of the unit. These positive seal, self-closing doors have magnetic gaskets that ensure a proper seal each time. The interior of this food prep table holds 4 adjustable, heavy-duty PVC coated wire shelves that are sturdy enough to hold up to 250lbs per shelf.
