Add True's 48-in. sandwich and salad prep table to your restaurant or catering business and speed through your preparation time of salads and sandwiches with the organization this unit provides. With a 12 cu. ft. capacity, this sandwich/salad unit comes with eight (1/6 size) pans to accommodate your essential sandwich and salad ingredients. The oversized, environmentally conscious refrigeration system forces air evenly throughout the unit to maintain consistent 33-41 degree temperatures. Constructed with a durable stainless steel, this food prep table is built to withstand dents and scratches from your restaurant's frequent use. A cutting board with NSF approved material runs the length of this 48-in. wide prep table and is removable for easy cleaning.
